Our bodies change alot as we approach our senior years, but getting old does not mean that your life is has now come to an end. A sterling example would be Ruth Frith, who showed that age is no barrier when it comes to sport, when she won a gold medal for shot put at the age of a 100 at the World Masters Games! While the slowing down of body functions is inevitable, a proper exercise regime is sure to slow down the aging process along with many other benefits that follow.
